We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager or Senior Manager to lead our partnerships initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic partnerships to enable the transformational use of RIE (Research, Innovation and Enterprise) data for significant scientific impact. You will act as the bridge between A*STAR and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities that leverage our vast data assets to solve complex scientific and industrial challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to maximize A*STAR's reach and impact.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key industry stakeholders and government bodies.
- Drive the adoption of RIE data solutions across various sectors to enable scientific breakthroughs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent A*STAR at industry conferences and high-level networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of data science, research methodologies, and RIE frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
