Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process optimization and yield improvement programs for semiconductor fabrication lines
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control frameworks and SPC methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians to achieve production targets
- Investigate root causes of yield issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Establish quality metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with R&D teams to integrate new processes into manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor fabrication with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in yield enhancement methodologies and statistical process control
- Strong background in semiconductor process engineering (etch, deposition, lithography)
- Proven track record in leading quality improvement projects
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent quality methodologies
- Experience with semiconductor metrology and failure analysis techniques
