- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals
- Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management processes
- Optimize supply chain efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation in procurement systems and processes
- Mentor and develop procurement team members

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor lifecycle management
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of securing favorable contracts
- Experience in healthcare or manufacturing sector highly desirable
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle)
- CIPS certification or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
