The Tripartite Alliance is looking for a dedicated and strategic professional to join our team as a Manager or Senior Manager of Project Management within our Information & Communication Technology division. This is a pivotal role designed for an individual who thrives on driving digital transformation and managing complex ICT projects that support our mission of fostering fair and progressive employment practices in Singapore.
As a key member of our PMO, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and stakeholder engagement to final delivery and post-implementation review. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and government partners to ensure that our technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the strategic goals of the Alliance. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects that directly influence the local workforce landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, resource requirements, budget allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and the Tripartite Alliance board.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring third-party deliverables meet strict quality and security specifications.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies across the organization.
- Champion Agile and Lean methodologies to improve project delivery speed and operational efficiency.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for process improvement and organizational learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Senior Manager capacity.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CITPM is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ICT projects in the public sector or statutory board environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
