Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) tailored to R&D environments.
- Oversee and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all research departments to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to international regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
- Manage external and internal audits, including preparation for ISO certifications and regulatory inspections.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
- Mentor and guide junior quality assurance staff, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality metrics into strategic decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Quality Systems, GMP, GLP, or ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).
- Proven track record of leading process improvement projects and implementing quality metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic research environment.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
