As a key member of the Strategic Procurement team, the Manager / Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping the General Services category strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sourcing plans for General Services categories, including Facilities Management, Security, Environmental Services, and Logistics.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, encompassing market research, RFx processes, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier selection.
- Drive cost optimization and value enhancement initiatives while maintaining stringent quality and regulatory compliance standards.
- Establish and cultivate robust partnerships with key internal stakeholders across various public healthcare institutions to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
- Lead supplier performance management, conduct regular business reviews, and implement continuous improvement programs within the supply base.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity for critical General Services.
- Champion process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Mentor and develop a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, with a strong focus on General Services or Indirect Categories.
- Proven track record in managing complex, high-value sourcing projects and delivering measurable cost savings and value improvements.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
- Experience in a healthcare, public sector, or highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, process-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
