The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is seeking a strategic and driven Manager/Senior Manager for Tech-Biz Development at the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech).

You will engage with industry partners to identify technology gaps, architect innovative business solutions, and drive the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive adoption of SIMTech's advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Cultivate and manage key partnerships with industry stakeholders, multinational corporations, and local enterprises.
- Identify market trends and translate industrial challenges into actionable research and development opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of technology transfer, from initial engagement and proposal development to contract negotiation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the industrial ecosystem, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project deliverables and client expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in business development, technology commercialization, or strategic planning, preferably within the manufacturing or deep-tech sector.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore technology landscape and national R&D priorities.
- Proven track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships and closing high-value partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-suite level stakeholders.
- Experience in managing project budgets and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in team management and staff development.
