Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase SIMTech's industrial engagement.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and R&D partnerships with local and international enterprises.
- Manage end-to-end industry projects, ensuring alignment between technical deliverables and client business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal research teams to translate technical capabilities into value-added industrial solutions.
- Monitor manufacturing industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Represent SIMTech at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to build brand authority and partnership networks.
- Oversee contract negotiations, technology licensing agreements, and project KPIs to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development, technology commercialization, or strategic planning, preferably in the manufacturing or transport/logistics sectors.
- Proven track record in managing B2B relationships and securing high-value industrial contracts.
- Strong grasp of industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear business value propositions.
- Prior experience in public sector research environments or deep-tech commercialization is highly preferred.
