- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen SME supply chains through technology adoption and process optimization
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, research institutions, and government agencies
- Lead commercialization initiatives for emerging manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 solutions
- Design and execute ecosystem development programs to foster innovation and collaboration
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends
- Manage end-to-end business development projects from ideation to implementation
- Represent SIMTech at industry forums and conferences to enhance organizational visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology commercialization or business development
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization or industrial technology adoption
- Strong understanding of Singapore's manufacturing ecosystem and SME landscape
- Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
