Join Yayasan Mendaki's dynamic Academic Programme Development team as a Manager/Senior Manager, Training & Quality. This pivotal role oversees the end-to-end operational management, delivery excellence, and continuous academic evolution of our educational programmes. You'll drive quality assurance frameworks, optimize training methodologies, and ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards while leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful educational outcomes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee operational management, scheduling, and resource allocation for academic programmes
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance frameworks for curriculum delivery
- Lead academic programme innovation through research, stakeholder collaboration, and industry trend analysis
- Manage trainer/educator development programs and performance evaluation systems
- Conduct programme audits, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and educational best practices
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry bodies and educational institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years' experience in academic programme development or training management
- Proven track record in quality assurance systems and curriculum design
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Expertise in educational technology and learning management systems
- Experience in budget management and resource optimization for programmes
- Certification in Project Management or Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma) advantageous
