- Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers to achieve operational excellence
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions on cloud platforms
- Drive automation initiatives to improve system reliability and reduce operational overhead
- Establish and monitor service level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets
- Coordinate incident response and post-mortem analysis for production systems
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices
- Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and similar tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong background in automation, monitoring, and observability tools
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Excellent problem-solving skills with large-scale distributed systems
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
