- Lead and manage cybersecurity operations for the SMRT Rail Cybersecurity Centre (SRCC)
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for rail systems
- Oversee threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management programs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on security compliance
- Manage cybersecurity budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Drive continuous improvement of security policies and procedures
- Lead crisis management during security incidents and cyber threats
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) required
- Expertise in industrial control systems (ICS) or OT security
- Strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks and incident response protocols
- Experience managing security operations centers (SOC) or similar environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of Singapore's cybersecurity regulatory landscape
