Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full software development lifecycle for the university's web-based applications and systems.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements, ensuring high quality and performance.
- Mentor and guide a team of software developers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and project management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various university departments to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Implement and maintain robust software development processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum), and version control systems.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve development efficiency and application performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven expertise in web application development using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., .NET, Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript frameworks like React/Angular/Vue).
- Strong understanding of database design and management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with higher education systems or similar large-scale enterprise environments is advantageous.
