Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, fostering an environment of technical growth and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and managers to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery of robust, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Partner with UX teams to balance aesthetic design goals with technical feasibility and performance.
- Work in tandem with the security team to implement security-by-design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage engineering resources and sprint planning to optimize team productivity and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead or management capacity.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and scalable system design.
- Expertise in working with security protocols and compliance standards in enterprise software development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating with QA/Testing teams to ensure zero-defect deployments.
