- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle including selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation
- Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives to drive cost reduction and process optimization
- Analyze market trends and identify innovative sourcing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in procurement operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in strategic sourcing leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and contract management expertise
- Experience in manufacturing or healthcare industry highly desirable
