This is a pivotal position that requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in maintenance coordination and safety management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily railway operations and coordinate complex maintenance activities to ensure service reliability.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, OHS standards, and operational procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential operational hazards.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Liaise with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to align operational goals.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in railway operations or heavy transport maintenance.
- Strong track record in safety management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship (relevant to role).
