Are you a strategic supply chain leader with a passion for driving operational efficiency? Our organization is seeking a high-caliber Manager, Supply Chain — Operations Excellence to join our team in Petaling, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our end-to-end supply chain processes, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling world-class standard operating procedures (SOPs) that drive performance, reduce waste, and improve agility.

You will partner with cross-functional leadership to identify bottlenecks, leverage data-driven insights, and champion a culture of continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma). Tanggung Jawab
- Design and document comprehensive SOPs to standardize supply chain operations across all business units.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost-efficiency, and service levels.
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to align operational workflows with company KPIs.
- Drive digital transformation projects, including the integration of new supply chain management systems (SCM/ERP).
- Manage cross-functional projects ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of operational excellence throughout the supply chain department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in supply chain planning and logistics modeling.
- Willingness to work on-site in Petaling, Selangor.
