Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for banking application projects, from inception to post-implementation support.
- Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Manage project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT engineering teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and defect management to guarantee high-quality releases.
- Maintain system documentation, operational guides, and compliance standards in accordance with internal banking policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts and developers within the project stream.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in system analysis or technical project management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, core banking systems, and digital payment platforms.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in complex system environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Certification in PMP, CBAP, or similar professional qualifications is highly preferred.
