Join KPJ Healthcare's dynamic IT team as a Manager, Systems (VM & OS), where you'll lead critical infrastructure operations that power our healthcare services. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of virtualization environments and operating systems across our facilities. You'll drive innovation in system architecture while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards.
As a key technical leader, you'll oversee end-to-end system lifecycle management, from planning and implementation to optimization and decommissioning. Your expertise in virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and enterprise OS (Windows/Linux) will directly impact patient care delivery by minimizing system downtime and maximizing operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to shape IT strategy in one of Malaysia's premier healthcare providers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage VMware/Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure across healthcare facilities
- Lead a team of system administrators, providing technical guidance and performance coaching
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security of virtualized environments
- Develop system monitoring tools and automation scripts for proactive issue resolution
- Align system operations with HIPAA/HQMS compliance requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement for system infrastructure
- Document system architectures, policies, and standard operating procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with 3+ years in virtualization management
- Expertise in VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V technologies
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux enterprise distributions
- Industry certifications (VCP, RHCE, MCSE) preferred
- Experience in healthcare IT environments or regulated industries
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
