- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders to promote technology transfer and commercialization opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential applications of SIMTech's research capabilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies that align with organizational objectives and market demands
- Facilitate collaboration between research teams and industry partners to co-develop innovative solutions
- Manage the entire technology commercialization process from concept to market launch
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding and support for technology initiatives
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and stakeholders
- Monitor industry developments and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology business development, sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of the research and innovation landscape in Singapore and the region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
- Experience in project management and commercialization of research outcomes
