Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions that address specific business challenges and drive innovation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results
- Identify opportunities for technological innovation and translate them into actionable business strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between technical and business stakeholders
- Develop business cases for AI initiatives, including ROI analysis and implementation roadmaps
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application to business needs
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive the adoption of AI solutions across the organization, ensuring successful implementation and integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology management, with at least 3 years focused on AI or data science initiatives
- Proven track record of leading successful AI projects that delivered measurable business value
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics principles
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in a research or technology-driven environment, preferably with exposure to Singapore's innovation ecosystem
