- Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with the hospital's mission and vision
- Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of new technology systems across departments
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities
- Oversee technology project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to healthcare
- Manage technology budgets and resources efficiently
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in technology adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology management, with at least 3 years in healthcare or similar regulated industry
- Proven track record in leading technology transformation projects and system integrations
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, including EHR, telemedicine, and health information exchange
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills with ability to manage complex initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in project management (PMP) or healthcare IT (CHCIO) is highly desirable
