Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing Test Engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex server and rack systems to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve test yield rates and reduce time-to-market.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to define test criteria and resolve technical challenges.
- Manage the departmental budget, including the procurement and maintenance of test equipment and tooling.
- Stay abreast of the latest semiconductor testing technologies and industry best practices to implement innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Test Engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Strong background in the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or Semiconductor industry.
- Proven experience in designing and managing test fixtures, automated test equipment (ATE), and lab environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, LabVIEW, or C++ for test automation is highly desirable.
