Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive treasury strategies to optimize liquidity and capital structure.
- Manage daily cash flow, forecasting, and bank relationship management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate, liquidity, and counterparty risks.
- Oversee investment portfolios in alignment with corporate policy and risk appetite.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.
- Lead the treasury team in executing complex financial transactions and hedging strategies.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA/FRM certification is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate treasury or financial management.
- Proven track record in managing cash flow, foreign exchange, and risk management strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and treasury management systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian banking landscape and financial regulations.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
