Foodpanda is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Vendor Strategy & Operations to drive excellence across our vendor ecosystem. You will work closely with regional teams to optimize supply chains, streamline operations, and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for vendor operations, ensuring strict alignment with Foodpanda's business objectives and market needs.
- Develop and implement operational frameworks to improve vendor performance, efficiency, and overall service quality.
- Analyze market trends and vendor data to identify growth opportunities, operational risks, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, and Technology) to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and strategic renewal negotiations.
- Create detailed reporting and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in vendor management, operations strategy, or a similar role within the logistics, e-commerce, or food service sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive strategic decisions based on evidence.
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trust-based partnerships.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for interacting with a diverse stakeholder base.
