As our Warehouse and Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to drive operational excellence, optimize cost structures, and maintain the highest level of regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily warehouse, logistics, and materials management operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Ensure 100% compliance with corporate safety protocols, quality management systems (QMS), and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize operational costs and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory accuracy and lead stock reconciliation efforts to minimize shrinkage and waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Directly manage, coach, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed operational reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
- Strong working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Deep understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations in a medical or industrial setting.
- Proven track record in managing teams of 15+ staff members in a 24/7 or complex logistical environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
