Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring high-volume order fulfillment is completed accurately and on time.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement measures to minimize shrinkage and waste.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, health standards, and company policies at all times.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement strategic solutions.
- Liaise with supply chain partners, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in high-volume distribution environments.
- Strong proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
