We are seeking a highly motivated Manager Warehouse & Logistics to lead our operations at VDL ETG. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily warehouse and shipping activities. You will oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from inbound receiving to outbound dispatch, ensuring that our logistics operations run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
Your role will involve managing a diverse team of warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to drive productivity. You will also be the primary point of contact for logistics coordination, ensuring timely delivery of goods to our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet and exceed KPI targets.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory control systems to reduce holding costs and improve throughput.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping schedules, freight forwarding, and documentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics leadership roles.
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid forklift license is an advantage.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local logistics regulations.
