Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and optimize workshop production schedules to ensure timely project delivery
- Lead and mentor workshop teams, providing guidance on technical skills and performance standards
- Monitor workflow efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations
- Manage workshop resources including equipment, materials, and personnel allocation
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and logistics departments for seamless operations
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for workshop processes
- Prepare regular performance reports and budget forecasts for workshop operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Furniture Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop/furniture manufacturing management
- Proven track record in optimizing production processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expert knowledge of furniture production techniques and quality standards
- Proficient in project management methodologies and workshop planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
