What You Will Do:
  • Oversee and manage key client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed organizational targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications and claims.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and business forecasts to management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and driving revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and professional growth.
