- Oversee and manage key client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed organizational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications and claims.
- Prepare and present performance reports and business forecasts to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and driving revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and professional growth.
