Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate daily incoming and outgoing fund procedures to ensure optimal cash flow management.
- Prepare comprehensive managerial reports detailing financial performance, liquidity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and applicable national/industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline fund management workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions to management.
- Maintain high-level oversight of reconciliation processes to guarantee accurate financial data integrity.
- Support the annual audit process by providing detailed documentation and reporting artifacts.
- Develop and implement performance dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to fund management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in managerial reporting, treasury, or financial operations, preferably in the leasing or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and OJK compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively report findings to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end financial reporting deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CFA) is considered a distinct advantage.
