- Set the strategic direction for the Google Cloud Professional Services organization across the JAPAC region, driving growth and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor diverse, cross-functional teams of cloud architects, consultants, and project managers to deliver world-class client solutions.
- Partner with global and regional leadership to align professional services offerings with Google Cloud’s broader product roadmap and market strategy.
- Build and maintain long-term executive relationships with top-tier clients, acting as a strategic consultant for their digital transformation journeys.
- Drive customer success and adoption by ensuring high-quality delivery, effective change management, and a robust feedback loop into product engineering teams.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Champion a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous learning, positioning Google Cloud as the employer of choice for technical talent.
Kualifikasi
- 15+ years of experience in management consulting, technology professional services, or executive leadership roles within the cloud or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling professional services organizations in a complex, multi-national, or regional context (JAPAC experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, digital transformation strategies, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Proven ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level, articulating technical value to business outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building, managing, and inspiring large-scale, diverse, and remote technical teams.
- Deep understanding of the JAPAC technology market, regulatory landscape, and regional business dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a significant plus.
