FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a visionary Managing Partner - AI & Transformation Consulting to lead and build our AI-first Consulting Practice in Singapore. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership and the mandate to establish FPT as a trusted transformation partner across the APAC region.
As the Managing Partner, you will drive our AI-powered consulting initiatives, developing innovative solutions that help enterprise clients navigate their digital transformation journeys. You will be instrumental in shaping our consulting portfolio, building high-performing teams, and cultivating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and government sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the AI-first consulting strategy for FPT Asia Pacific, aligned with global corporate objectives
- Achieve annual revenue targets and maintain full P&L accountability for the consulting practice
- Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants, AI specialists, and delivery professionals
- Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across APAC
- Drive business development efforts and secure major consulting engagements with enterprise clients
- Ensure exceptional delivery quality and client satisfaction across all consulting projects
- Collaborate with global practice leaders to leverage best practices and thought leadership
- Represent FPT at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 15 years of experience in consulting, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling consulting practices with revenue exceeding $50M
- Deep expertise in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous
- Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple APAC markets
- MBA or advanced degree from a reputable institution
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
