Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs for Wealth Management clients, covering strategy, implementation, and change management
- Provide expert guidance on Wealth Management domain, including digital channels, regulatory compliance, and client onboarding
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for operational efficiency and customer experience enhancement
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and data analytics in Wealth Management
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10+ years in Wealth Management or financial services with 5+ years in transformation leadership
- Deep expertise in Wealth Management products, operations, and regulatory frameworks (MAS, MASnet)
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects in financial services
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills with C-level experience
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in agile methodologies
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field; CFA/FRM designation preferred
- Experience leading teams in Singapore or APAC financial markets
