Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee monthly/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Lead team development through coaching, training, and performance management
- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure regulatory adherence
- Optimize financial systems and processes for operational efficiency
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years managerial experience
- CPA certification or tax specialization strongly preferred
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh Final)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
