Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and professional service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase foot traffic, and improve profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain coordination, and cost control measures.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen and dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial reports, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular operational reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in the F&B sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Deep understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and operational workflows.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
