Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert academic consultation and personalized guidance to students enrolled in Mandarin programs.
- Develop and refine academic roadmaps and learning strategies to ensure student progression.
- Conduct professional assessments to evaluate student proficiency levels and identify learning gaps.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update instructional materials and teaching methodologies.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Support promotional and outreach activities to attract potential learners interested in Mandarin proficiency.
- Facilitate workshops or information sessions regarding the benefits of Mandarin language mastery in a global career.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mandarin Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in academic consulting, teaching, or educational administration.
- Strong command of Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple student accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and educational management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a focus on student satisfaction and retention.
