Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team.
- Translate documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
- Assist in facilitating daily business operations and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across different departments.
- Assist in organizing company events and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, translator, or in a similar support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to work onsite in Jakarta Selatan and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
