In this role, you will assist management with translation, correspondence, and operational coordination, providing essential support that drives our business growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners.
  • Provide accurate verbal and written translation for meetings, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and filing.
  • Assist management in monitoring business operations and tracking project timelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation materials in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
  • Coordinate communication between local staff and international counterparts to ensure alignment.
  • Manage office logistics and provide support for corporate events or client visits.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory; HSK certification is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required for effective cross-departmental communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment in Jakarta Barat.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
