Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end business processes for Mandarin-speaking clients, including claims processing, policy inquiries, and account maintenance
- Serve as the primary bilingual liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Analyze process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop standardized procedures for Mandarin client interactions
- Train and mentor junior associates on business processes and Mandarin communication protocols
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for service quality enhancement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional English proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or business process roles, preferably in insurance/financial services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex policies and procedures
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of resolving high-volume client inquiries with exceptional service
- Certification in insurance or financial services (e.g., LOMA) is advantageous
