Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally in Mandarin and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain updated records
  • Meet performance targets for response time and customer resolution rates
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum SPM/equivalent qualification; tertiary education is an advantage
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in shifts and weekends as required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills
