Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service in Mandarin to clients through various channels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, transactions, and resolve billing questions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or digital advertising
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and teamwork skills
