Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat to Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service and building rapport.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response times and resolution quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and service procedures to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service role is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis (as required by business needs).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
