Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries professionally in both Mandarin and English via multiple channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within the company’s CRM system.
- Translate complex inquiries and facilitate communication between non-Mandarin speaking departments and clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide precise assistance and recommendations.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Dagupan City office location.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts with a calm demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- At least a High School graduate; College degree or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
