Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia is looking for a highly organized and multilingual Mandarin - English - Indonesian Assistant to join our dynamic team in Brebes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings with internal and international teams.
- Translate and interpret business documents, emails, and correspondence accurately.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications across three languages.
- Assist in project coordination and administrative support for department heads.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
