Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality English and Mandarin language instruction to students of various age groups.
- Design and implement creative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Utilize multimedia resources and modern teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and performance.
- Collaborate with the educational team to ensure consistent learning outcomes and curriculum alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Native or near-native proficiency) and strong proficiency in English.
- Valid teaching certification or relevant credentials (e.g., TOEFL/TOCSOL) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching language subjects is a plus but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching style.
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity with a flexible schedule.
