We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Home Tutor proficient in both Traditional and Simplified Chinese to join our prestigious network in Jakarta Raya. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized, high-quality Mandarin language lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Teach both Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters with equal proficiency and clarity.
- Create engaging lesson plans that focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the institution.
- Prepare students effectively for HSK examinations or specific academic goals.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and punctual attendance for all home tutoring sessions.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to suit different learning styles and age groups.
- Participate in periodic tutor development workshops to ensure pedagogical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Native or HSK 6 equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong command of both Traditional and Simplified Chinese writing systems.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably in a private tutoring or classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Studies, or a related field.
- Own transport to travel to students' locations within Jakarta Raya.
- Passionate about language education and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to commit to a consistent part-time teaching schedule.
