Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret spoken conversations and meetings between Chinese management and local Indonesian employees.
- Translate technical documents, blueprints, and operational manuals from Chinese to Indonesian.
- Assist in daily factory operations to ensure clear understanding of tasks and safety protocols.
- Act as a primary liaison for urgent communication needs and coordinate between departments.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and summarize key points in both languages.
- Support the HR department with interviews or orientation sessions for international staff.
- Maintain a professional and culturally sensitive demeanor at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to interpret technical terminology accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional integrity.
- Relevant degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
