Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately translate technical documents, manuals, and correspondence between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Facilitate real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and site inspections
- Maintain glossaries of technical terminology specific to power equipment manufacturing
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand context-specific translation requirements
- Support international client communications and documentation processes
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive technical information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation experience in technical/manufacturing contexts
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle complex industry terminology
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with CAT tools and translation management software
- Cultural awareness and business etiquette for both Chinese and Indonesian contexts
