Tanggung Jawab
- Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for executive meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional project discussions
- Facilitate real-time communication between Mandarin-speaking leadership and Indonesian operational teams
- Translate critical business documents including contracts, reports, and technical specifications
- Act as cultural advisor to ensure communication strategies align with business objectives
- Coordinate multilingual events and workshops, managing interpretation logistics
- Maintain accurate terminology glossaries for specialized industry vocabulary
- Support international business development through linguistic and cultural expertise
Kualifikasi
- Native-level Mandarin and advanced Indonesian language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years professional interpretation experience in corporate or industrial settings
- Deep understanding of Chinese business culture and Indonesian workplace dynamics
- Proven ability to interpret technical terminology in dairy/food manufacturing contexts
- Exceptional note-taking and active listening skills for accurate real-time interpretation
- Experience facilitating cross-cultural communication in multinational environments
- Professional interpretation certification or relevant academic qualifications
